To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a child tax credit for pregnant moms with respect to their unborn children, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand access to the Veterans Community Care Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs to include certain veterans seeking mental health or substance-use services, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.

To amend the Federal Power Act to modernize and improve the licensing of non-Federal hydropower projects, and for other purposes.

To amend the Forest and Rangeland Renewable Resources Planning Act of 1974 and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 to provide for circumstances under which reinitiation of consultation is not required under a land and resource management plan or land use plan under those Acts, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Department of Defense funds for adult cabaret performances.

Designating May 5, 2023, as the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Native Women and Girls.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture from prohibiting the use of lead ammunition or tackle on certain Federal land or water under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior and the Secretary of Agriculture, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to reauthorize the voluntary public access and habitat incentive program.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permanently extend the exemption for telehealth services from certain high deductible health plan rules.
