To allow certain Federal minerals to be mined consistent with the Bull Mountains Mining Plan Modification, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to remove silencers from the definition of firearms, and for other purposes.

HALT Fentanyl Act

To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to permit removal of trees around electrical lines on National Forest System land without conducting a timber sale, and for other purposes.

To permanently enact certain appropriations Act restrictions on the use of funds for abortions and involuntary sterilizations, and for other purposes.

Designating the week beginning February 3, 2025, as National Tribal Colleges and Universities Week.

Wildfire Emergency Act of 2025

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize an individual who is awarded the Purple Heart for service in the Armed Forces to transfer unused Post-9/11 Educational Assistance to a family member, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to reissue a final rule relating to removing the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem population of grizzly bears from the Federal list of endangered and threatened wildlife, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Transportation to issue a rule requiring access to AM broadcast stations in passenger motor vehicles, and for other purposes.

To amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to limit to $0 the amount that the Director of the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection may request to fund the activities of the Bureau.

To allow a State to submit a declaration of intent to the Secretary of Education to combine certain funds to improve the academic achievement of students.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow a credit against tax for charitable donations to nonprofit organizations providing education scholarships to qualified elementary and secondary students.

Designating the week of January 26 through February 1, 2025, as National School Choice Week.

To provide that participation in the American Community Survey is voluntary.

To amend the Bottles and Breastfeeding Equipment Screening Act to require hygienic handling of breast milk and baby formula by security screening personnel of the Transportation Security Administration and personnel of private security companies providing security screening, and for other purposes.
