To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To require the Secretary of Homeland Security to fingerprint noncitizen minors entering the United States who are suspected of being victims of human trafficking, to require the Secretary to publicly disclose the number of such minors who are fingerprinted by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officials and the number of child traffickers who are apprehended by CBP, to impose criminal penalties on noncitizen adults who use unrelated minors to gain entry into the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to limit the participation of staff of the Internal Revenue Service in conferences being carried out by the Independent Office of Appeals for the purposes of resolving a taxpayer dispute.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to establish a task force to improve access to health care information technology for non-English speakers.

To amend title 14, United States Code, to make appropriations for Coast Guard pay in the event an appropriations Act expires before the enactment of a new appropriations Act, and for other purposes.

Making appropriations for the salaries and expenses of certain U.S. Customs and Border Protection employees working during a Government shutdown in fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

To develop and disseminate a civic education curriculum and oral history resources regarding certain political ideologies, and for other purposes.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to clarify that the prohibition on the use of Federal education funds for certain weapons does not apply to the use of such weapons for training in archery, hunting, or other shooting sports.

To streamline the issuance of nonimmigrant temporary work visas, and for other purposes.

To direct the United States Executive Directors at the international financial institutions to use voice, vote, and influence of the United States to prevent companies from countries that actively or tacitly supported the Russian invasion of Ukraine from benefitting from its reconstruction, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to improve the detection, prevention, and treatment of mental health issues among public safety officers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal financial laws to increase financial regulatory accountability and transparency, and for other purposes.
