To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the distribution of 3D printer plans for the printing of firearms, and for other purposes.

To facilitate efficient investments and financing of infrastructure projects and new job creation through the establishment of a National Infrastructure Bank, and for other purposes.

Recognizing June 19, 2023, as this year’s observance of the historical significance of Juneteenth Independence Day.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to strengthen the provisions relating to child labor, and for other purposes.

To approve and implement the Agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States regarding Trade between the United States of America and Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 31 of title 31, United States Code, to provide procedures for congressional disapproval of the issuance of additional debt.

To establish judicial ethics.

To amend title XI of the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize the program providing for sickle cell disease and other heritable blood disorders research, surveillance, prevention, and treatment.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a refundable child tax credit with monthly advance payment.

Expressing support for the designation of June 2, 2023, as National Gun Violence Awareness Day and June 2023 as National Gun Violence Awareness Month.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the Congress should enact the Older Americans Bill of Rights to establish that older Americans should have the right to live with dignity and with independence.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to increase the nonfacility practice expense relative value units for specified services furnished under the Medicare program.
