Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that it is unacceptable that the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation are outpacing the United States in expanding nuclear energy production and global nuclear market share.

To require an evaluation of the nuclear supply chain of the United States to further reduce regulatory barriers and associated costs for nuclear supply chain manufacturers, and for other purposes.

To require the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to utilize a risk-informed, performance-based licensing approach to the maximum extent practicable for the purpose of expediting the nuclear licensing process, and for other purposes.

To amend the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 and the Nuclear Energy Innovation and Modernization Act to limit the type of applications reviewed by the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards and to exclude reviews by the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards from the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s annual assessment and collection of fees and charges.

To direct the Secretary of Energy to promote and facilitate the commercialization of domestic spent nuclear fuel reprocessing.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to eliminate the application of the income tax on cash tips through a deduction allowed to all individual taxpayers.

To amend the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 to limit the funding of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to an amount equal to $1.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow the payment of certain Federal taxes with bitcoin.

To amend the Water Resources Development Act of 2018 to require projects in the Caloosahatchee River watershed, the St. Lucie River and estuary basin, and the Lake Okeechobee watershed that mitigate harmful algal blooms and nutrient pollution by removing algae and converting the algae biomass into biofuel, and for other purposes.
