Student Visa Integrity Act of 2026

Promoting Classical Learning Act of 2025

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the United States relating to parental rights.

Expressing support of the House of Representatives that October 14, 2025, be designated as a National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk.

To name the Department of Veterans Affairs multispecialty clinic in Marietta, Georgia, as the Colonel Michael H. Boyce Department of Veterans Affairs Multispecialty Clinic.

To require elementary schools, secondary schools, and institutions of higher education to ensure biological fairness in women’s sports as a condition of receiving Federal funds, and for other purposes.

To prohibit certain Federal activity with respect to the promotion of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, and Intersex Pride Month and the display of flags representing sexual orientation or gender identity on Federal property or grounds, and for other purposes.

Condemning the antisemitic terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado.

Mining Schools Act of 2025

Fairness for High-Skilled Americans Act of 2025

To declare English as the official language of the United States, to establish a uniform English language rule for naturalization, and to avoid misconstructions of the English language texts of the laws of the United States, pursuant to Congress’ powers to provide for the general welfare of the United States and to establish a uniform rule of naturalization under article I, section 8, of the Constitution.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow qualified distributions from qualified tuition programs for certain aviation maintenance and commercial pilot courses.

To restore the exemption of family farms and small businesses from the definition of assets under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

Freedom to Invest in Tomorrow’s Workforce Act

Dismantle DEI Act of 2025

To expedite under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and improve forest management activities on National Forest System lands, on public lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, and on Tribal lands to return resilience to overgrown, fire-prone forested lands, and for other purposes.

Condemning the horrific shooting at Apalachee High School in Winder, Georgia, recognizing the victims, and expressing condolences and support to their families and their communities.

To require the Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology to develop resources for small businesses in utilizing artificial intelligence, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand the expenses treated as qualified higher education expenses for purposes of 529 accounts to include additional elementary and secondary school expenses and certain postsecondary credentialing expenses.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require institutions of higher education to disclose campus policies relating to responding to certain incidents of civil disturbance, and for other purposes.
