To ensure greater equity in Federal disaster assistance policies and programs by authorizing an equity steering group and equity advisor within the Federal Emergency Management Agency, improving data collection to measure disparate outcomes and participation barriers, requiring equity criteria to be applied to policies and programs, and for other purposes.

To establish a climate resilience workforce, and for other purposes.

To decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs, to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other purposes.

To amend the Voting Rights Act of 1965 to revise the criteria for determining which States and political subdivisions are subject to section 4 of the Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend the earned income tax credit to all taxpayers with dependents and to qualifying students, and for other purposes.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to ensure that voters in elections for Federal office do not wait in long lines in order to vote, and for other purposes.

To expand youth access to voting, and for other purposes.

To establish a grant program to support schools of medicine and schools of osteopathic medicine in underserved areas.

To protect our democracy by preventing abuses of Presidential power, restoring checks and balances and accountability and transparency in government, and defending elections against foreign interference, and for other purposes.

To establish a Commission to address the pervasive, and targeted epidemic of fatal violence, economic discrimination, and other factors disproportionally impacting members of the transgender community, and to make recommendations to Congress on appropriate remedies.

To create and disseminate best practices regarding safe firearm storage, to create a grant program for the distribution of safe storage devices, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to eliminate interest on student loans, establish the Education Affordability Trust Fund, increase annual and aggregate loan limits, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit institutions of higher education participating in Federal student assistance programs from giving preferential treatment in the admissions process to legacy students or donors.

To direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to establish a grant program for planting of qualifying trees in eligible areas, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts in higher education.

To protect our Social Security system and improve benefits for current and future generations.

To direct the Secretary of Education to award grants to institutions of higher education with an endowment lower than $900,000,000 and an annual operating revenue for athletic programs that is less than $20,000,000 to strengthen existing sports and athletic facilities at such institutions, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and in consultation with the Secretary of Education and the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition, to conduct a study on the causes of deaths and catastrophic injuries related to high school and collegiate sports and formulate recommendations to prevent such deaths and catastrophic injuries, and for other purposes.

To reauthorize the National Flood Insurance Program, and for other purposes.
