To authorize the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to license lending institutions to make loans under section 7(a) of the Small Business Act, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of May 22 through 26, 2023, as Educator Mental Health Awareness Week.

To protect the privacy of personal reproductive or sexual health information, and for other purposes.

To provide for the designation of certain wilderness areas, recreation management areas, and conservation areas in the State of Colorado, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to molecularly targeted pediatric cancer investigations, and for other purposes.

To extend the Gabriella Miller Kids First Pediatric Research Program at the National Institutes of Health, and for other purposes.

Expressing the approval of Congress for the 50th anniversary celebration of the homecoming of United States prisoners of war from Vietnam and in recognition of the extraordinary service and sacrifices of such prisoners of war during the Vietnam War.

To end preventable maternal mortality, severe maternal morbidity, and maternal health disparities in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to make permanent the authority of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to provide financial assistance for supportive services for very low-income veteran families in permanent housing.

To amend the Horse Protection Act to designate additional unlawful acts under the Act, strengthen penalties for violations of the Act, improve Department of Agriculture enforcement of the Act, and for other purposes.

Condemning the horrific shootings that occurred in Louisville, Kentucky, on April 10, 2023, in the Old National Bank building, and on April 15, 2023, in Chickasaw Park, honoring the memory of the victims of the attacks, expressing condolences and support to all those impacted by these tragedies, and reaffirming the commitment of the House of Representatives to support all victims of gun violence.

To require the Office of Management and Budget to revise the Standard Occupational Classification system to establish a separate code for direct support professionals, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit a Federal firearms licensee from selling or delivering certain semiautomatic centerfire rifles or semiautomatic centerfire shotguns to a person under 21 years of age, with exceptions for active duty military personnel and full-time law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To establish the National Center for the Advancement of Aviation.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the sale or other disposition of any firearm or ammunition to any person who has been convicted of a violent misdemeanor, and for other purposes.

To provide standards for facilities at which aliens in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security are detained, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to make grants to State and local entities to carry out peer-to-peer mental health programs.
