To expedite under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and improve forest management activities on National Forest System lands, on public lands under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, and on Tribal lands to return resilience to overgrown, fire-prone forested lands, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to include eyeglass lens fittings in the category of medical services authorized to be furnished to veterans under the Veterans Community Care Program, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Energy to conduct a study of the feasibility of establishing a refined fuel storage reserve in the Western United States.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to permit certain transactions between individually directed accounts and account holders and their families relating to residential property and to increase the amount of loans excepted from certain rules pertaining to loans from qualified employer plans to the plan beneficiary.

To provide for a memorandum of understanding to address the impacts of a certain record of decision on the Upper Colorado River Basin Fund.

To permanently extend the first right of refusal for the purchase of Tribal assets, and for other purposes.

To amend the Disaster Recovery Reform Act of 2018 to require the President to automatically waive certain critical document fees for individuals and households affected by major disasters for which assistance is provided under the Individuals and Households Program.

To require the Secretary of Commerce to provide training and guidance relating to human rights abuses, including such abuses perpetrated against the Uyghur population by the Government of the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 23 through September 27, 2024, as National Clean Energy Week.

To establish a grant program to facilitate peer-to-peer mental health support programs for secondary school students, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide for lifetime National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Passes for family members of members of the Armed Forces who lost their lives while serving their country.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 15, 2024, through September 21, 2024, as Telehealth Awareness Week.

To impose certain limitations on the use of grants made under the Shelter and Services Program.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to establish a grant program to allocate resources for remote search and rescue activities conducted on Federal land under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture, and for other purposes.
