No Argentina Bailout Act

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to waive certain penalties for affected Federal employees receiving a distribution from the Thrift Savings Plan during a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.

To provide back pay to Federal contractors, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the month of October 2025 as Filipino American History Month and celebrating the history and culture of Filipino Americans and their immense contributions to the United States.

To reauthorize the Traumatic Brain Injury program.

Fight Illicit Pill Presses Act

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require a group health plan or health insurance coverage offered in connection with such a plan to provide an exceptions process for any medication step therapy protocol, and for other purposes.

To nullify certain Executive orders relating to exclusions from Federal labor-management relations programs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to modify treatment activities for assistance to combat HIV/AIDS.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to require States to provide for same day voter registration.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit dual appointments of employees of the Federal Reserve System, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of November 16, 2025, as National Warrior Call Day and recognizing the importance of connecting members of the Armed Forces and veterans in the United States to support structures necessary to transition from the battlefield, especially peer-to-peer connection.
