Expressing the sense of the Senate that the United States Department of Agriculture should use its contingency funds and interchange authority to finance the supplemental nutrition assistance program.

To amend the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act to reauthorize rural cooperative development grants.

Making continuing appropriations for military pay and pay for civilian employees of certain elements of the intelligence community in the event of a Government shutdown, and for other purposes.

To appropriate funds to ensure uninterrupted benefits under the supplemental nutrition assistance program and the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children.

To prohibit the imposition of additional tariffs on coffee imported from countries to which the United States has extended normal trade relations, and for other purposes.

To require the Inspector General of the Department of Housing and Urban Development to testify before the Congress annually, and for other purposes.

Designating October 30, 2025, as a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear weapons program of the United States.

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to provide for the treatment of orphan drugs under the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.

Commending and congratulating the Summerlin South Little League baseball team on winning the 2025 Little League World Series United States Championship.

To amend the Water Resources Research Act of 1984 to reauthorize the water resources research and technology institutes program, and for other purposes.
