Recognizing the critical role of congressional staff and support staff working on Capitol Hill and in State or district offices.

To amend the Taiwan Allies International Protection and Enhancement Initiative (TAIPEI) Act of 2019 to provide that the United States, as a member of any international organizations, should oppose any attempts by the People’s Republic of China to resolve Taiwan’s status by distorting the decisions, language, policies, or procedures of the organization, and for other purposes.

To authorize negotiation and conclusion and to provide for congressional consideration of a tax agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT) and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office (TECRO).

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to provide for a minimum number of refugees who may be admitted in any fiscal year after fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to prepare an annual report on suicide prevention, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the repayment by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs of benefits misused by a fiduciary.

Supporting the ratification of the Chilean tax treaty.

To establish the Commission on Intergovernmental Relations of the United States to facilitate the fullest cooperation, coordination, and mutual accountability among all levels of government, and for other purposes.

To permit the televising of Supreme Court proceedings.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that public servants should be commended for their dedication and continued service to the United States during Public Service Recognition Week.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to maintain a National Concussion and Traumatic Brain Injury Clearinghouse.
