To amend the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 to ensure labels or other appropriate forms of warning are provided in English and in the language indicated by each employee exposed to the hazard as the primary language of such employee, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to codify the authority of the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to assign a disability rating of total to a veteran by reason of unemployability, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Labor to promulgate an occupational safety and health standard to protect workers from adverse air, and for other purposes.

To facilitate access to swiftly transport goods during a publicly announced state of emergency situation.

To allow Americans to receive paid leave time to process and address their own health needs and the health needs of their partners during the period following a pregnancy loss, an unsuccessful round of intrauterine insemination or of an assisted reproductive technology procedure, a failed adoption arrangement, a failed surrogacy arrangement, or a diagnosis or event that impacts pregnancy or fertility, to support related research and education, and for other purposes.

To award payments to employees of Air America who provided support to the United States from 1950 to 1976, and for other purposes.

To enhance safety requirements for trains, and for other purposes.
