To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act to require group health plans and health insurance issuers offering group or individual health insurance coverage to permit enrollees to obtain a 365-day supply of contraceptives.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to streamline enrollment under the Medicaid program of certain providers across State lines, and for other purposes.

To amend the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 and the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 to direct the Agricultural Research Service to expand organic research, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to furnish hospital care and medical services to veterans and dependents who were stationed at military installations at which those veterans and dependents were exposed to perfluorooctanoic acid or other perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances, to provide for a presumption of service connection for certain veterans who were stationed at military installations at which those veterans were exposed to such substances, and for other purposes.

To increase the benefits guaranteed in connection with certain pension plans, and for other purposes.

To amend the Animal Health Protection Act to provide compensation for poultry growers and layers in control areas, and for other purposes.

To amend part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act to provide full Federal funding of such part.

To permit legally married same-sex couples to amend their filing status for tax returns outside the statute of limitations.

To prohibit commercial sexual orientation conversion therapy, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To repeal the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, and provide for the discoverability and admissibility of gun trace information in civil proceedings.

To amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to provide funding to sustain and increase the supply and quality of child care, access to child care, and the child care workforce, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.

To exempt grants received under the Coronavirus Economic Relief for Transportation Services (CERTS) Act from Federal taxation.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the distribution of 3D printer plans for the printing of firearms, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to persons engaged in the import of petroleum from the Islamic Republic of Iran, and for other purposes.

To provide paid family and medical leave benefits to certain individuals, and for other purposes.

To prohibit and prevent seclusion, mechanical restraint, chemical restraint, and dangerous restraints that restrict breathing, and to prevent and reduce the use of physical restraint in schools, and for other purposes.
