Congressional Tribute to Constance Baker Motley Act of 2025

To prohibit the disclosure of records by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development of individuals for the purposes of immigration enforcement, and for other purposes.

To provide individuals who performed rescue, recovery, demolition, debris cleanup, or other related services after the September 11 terrorist attacks an opportunity to adjust their status to that of lawful permanent residents, and for other purposes.

Recognizing suicide as a serious public health problem and expressing support for the designation of September as National Suicide Prevention Month as well as September 10, 2025, as World Suicide Prevention Day.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that there should be established a National African Immigrant Heritage Month in September to celebrate the great contributions of Americans of African immigrant heritage in the United States who have enriched the history of the Nation.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to expand research and education with respect to endometrial cancer, and for other purposes.

ESP, Paraprofessional, and Education Support Staff Family Leave Act

To modify the special rules for Haiti under the Caribbean Basin Economic Recovery Act, to extend preferential duty treatment program for Haiti under that Act, and for other purposes.

HIV Prevention Now Act

To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, titles XVIII, XIX, and XXI of the Social Security Act, and title 5, United States Code, to require no-cost coverage of certain HIV prevention services.

Censuring Representative Cory Mills.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to modify certain limitations on disproportionate share hospital payment adjustments under the Medicaid program, and for other purposes.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to Marcus Garvey.

Expressing support for the designation of August 17, 2025, as Marcus Garvey Recognition Day.

Stop Price Gouging in Grocery Stores Act of 2025

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to remove the statue to the memory and in honor of Albert Pike erected near Judiciary Square in the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.
