Supporting the recognition of World Basketball Day, celebrated globally on December 21 each year, and honoring the contributions of basketball to global unity, international sports diplomacy, and the transformative impact of the sport on communities across the world.

To direct the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development to establish a grant program to address deed fraud, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of November 20, 2024, through December 20, 2024, as National Survivors of Homicide Victims Awareness Month.

To amend the Community Development Banking and Financial Institutions Act of 1994 to reauthorize and improve the community development financial institutions bond guarantee program, and for other purposes.

To establish a permanent rural housing preservation and revitalization program, and for other purposes.

To amend the Equal Credit Opportunity Act to require creditors to consider certain additional credit information when making mortgage loans, and for other purposes.

To establish a low-income water assistance program, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the sale or other disposition of a firearm to, and the possession, shipment, transportation, or receipt of a firearm by, certain classes of high-risk individuals.

Recognizing the life, achievements, and public service of former President James Earl Jimmy Carter, Jr., on the occasion of his 100th birthday.

To direct the Secretary of Energy to establish and carry out a program to provide rebates for the purchase and installation of cool roof products.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to preclude a President from controlling the conduct of an investigation into the President by the Department of Justice.

Expressing support for the designation of September 2024 as National Polycystic Kidney Disease Awareness Month, and raising awareness and understanding of polycystic kidney disease.

Censuring Representative Glen Clay Higgins of the 3rd Congressional District of Louisiana.

To authorize grants for emotional support services for incarcerated victims of sexual abuse, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the threat of air pollution and extreme heat to maternal and infant health, and expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that meaningful interventions must be rapidly and equitably developed and deployed to address the unique vulnerabilities of pregnancy in Latino communities.

Expressing concern about the spreading problem of book banning and the proliferation of threats to freedom of expression in the United States.

Expressing support for the designation of September 2024 as Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month in order to educate communities across the United States about sickle cell disease and the need for research, early detection methods, effective treatments, and preventative care programs with respect to complications from sickle cell disease and conditions related to sickle cell disease.

To amend the National Apprenticeship Act in order to increase and expand the national apprenticeship system to include the immediate recruitment, employment, and on-the-job earn as you learn training of young African Americans, and to promote the development of equitable hiring standards necessary to safeguard the diversity of apprentices, and for other purposes.

To restore funding for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
