Restoring Food Security for American Families and Farmers Act of 2025

To establish a grant program to increase the local housing supply, and for other purposes.

To amend the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act to encourage expansion of the supply of decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing, with primary attention to rental housing, and for other purposes.

To encourage States to report to the Attorney General certain information regarding inmates who give birth in the custody of law enforcement agencies, and for other purposes.

American Energy Independence and Affordability Act

To amend the Cranston-Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act to encourage expansion of the supply of decent, safe, sanitary, and affordable housing, with primary attention to rental housing, and for other purposes.

To require the reimbursement of State governments, local governments, and school districts by the Government for funds used by them to maintain participation in Head Start and Early Head Start during a Government shutdown.

To amend the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to require mandatory funding for the special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children, and for other purposes.

Expressing concern about the growing problem of book banning and the proliferation of threats to freedom of expression in the United States.

To provide back pay to Federal contractors, and for other purposes.

ACPAC Modernization Act

To prohibit the removal of Federal employees during any lapse in discretionary appropriations, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for National Public Lands Day and encouraging the people of the United States to visit public lands on this fee-free day and recognize their spiritual and cultural value, as well as their contribution to the economy of the United States.

Honoring Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.®, on reaching the historic milestone of 118 years of brotherhood as Servants of All.

To amend section 303 of the Social Security Act to require States to provide unemployment compensation benefits to Federal employees during a government shutdown, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the continuing disparities in Black youth mental health access and treatment.

Condemning attempts to use Federal regulatory power or litigation to suppress lawful speech, particularly speech critical of a political party or the President of the United States, and warning against the rise of authoritarianism.

Safe Step Act

Supporting the designation of September 2025 as National Voting Rights Month.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives condemning all forms of political violence and rejecting rhetoric that dehumanizes or demonizes political opponents.
