PLO and PA Terror Payments Accountability Act of 2025

To designate Ansarallah as a foreign terrorist organization and impose certain sanctions on Ansarallah, and for other purposes.

To provide remedies to members of the Armed Forces discharged or subject to adverse action under the COVID–19 vaccine mandate.

To enhance the economic and national security of the United States by securing a reliable supply of critical minerals and rare earth elements through trade agreements and strategic partnerships.

To advance a competitive strategy against the People’s Republic of China, and for other purposes.

To require annual reports on counter illicit cross-border tunnel operations, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Defense to conduct a study on active military-civilian partnerships at trauma centers of military medical treatment facilities within the Defense Health Agency.

To impose sanctions with respect to the system of compensation of the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority that supports acts of terrorism.

To terminate the obligation to repay bonuses of former members of the Armed Forces separated for refusing the COVID–19 vaccine.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Jens Stoltenberg, in recognition of his contributions to the security, unity, and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to update certain procedures applicable to commerce in firearms and remove certain Federal restrictions on interstate firearms transactions.

To require the President to establish a task force on streamlining the classified national security information system and narrowing of the criteria for classification of information, to make improvements with respect to such classification system, and for other purposes.

Expressing the gratitude and appreciation of the Senate for the acts of heroism and valor by the members of the United States Armed Forces who participated in the June 6, 1944, amphibious landing at Normandy, France, and commending those individuals for leadership and bravery in an operation that helped bring an end to World War II.

To prohibit the disclosure of intimate digital depictions, and for other purposes.

To ensure the timely approval of requests to export defense articles and provide defense services to the State of Israel and the fulfillment of each such agreement.

Condemning the decision by the Biden Administration to halt the shipment of United States made ammunition and weapons to the State of Israel.

To require a report on the United States supply of nitrocellulose.

To authorize major medical facility projects for the Department of Veterans Affairs for fiscal year 2024, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit to Congress a report on abortions facilitated by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.
