Stronger Communities through Better Transit Act

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to assign physicians of the Department of Veterans Affairs to temporarily serve as traveling physicians in the territories and possessions of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend title 14, United States Code, to require the establishment of the Center of Expertise in Indo-Pacific Maritime Governance, and for other purposes.

To bolster United States engagement with the Pacific Islands region, and for other purposes.

To establish a commission on fiscal responsibility and reform.

Recognizing the significance of Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander Heritage Month as an important time to celebrate the significant contributions of Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders to the history of the United States.

To codify Executive Order 13166.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish a floor on the work geographic index for physicians’ services furnished in Hawaii.

Recognizing the roles and contributions of elementary and secondary school teachers in building and enhancing the civic, cultural, and economic well-being of the United States.

Expressing support for the recognition of May 4 through May 10, 2025, as Wildfire Preparedness Week, the national event educating the public on fire safety and preparedness, and supporting the goals of a Wildfire Preparedness Week.

Expressing support for the designation of May 5, 2025, as the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Girls.

To amend title 46, United States Code, to allow for the transportation of energy products on vessels between points in the United States to which the coastwise laws apply if at least one such point is in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, and for other purposes.

Promotion and Expansion of Private Employee Ownership Act of 2025

To increase the participation of historically underrepresented demographic groups in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education and industry.

Assault Weapons Ban of 2025

To amend Public Law 115–97 (commonly known as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act) to repeal the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge oil and gas program, and to preserve the Arctic coastal plain of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, as wilderness in recognition of its extraordinary natural ecosystems and for the permanent good of present and future generations of Americans.

To amend the Visit America Act to promote music tourism, and for other purposes.

To prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, gender identity, and sexual orientation, and for other purposes.

To provide for the issuance of a semipostal to benefit programs that combat invasive species.

To establish a position in the Small Business Administration to provide to small businesses assistance with establishing employee stock ownership plans, and for other purposes.
