To amend title 10, United States Code, to eliminate certain charges under the TRICARE dental program for members of the Selected Reserve of the Ready Reserve, and for other purposes.

To amend title 31, United States Code, to provide for automatic continuing resolutions.

To amend the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to require a group health plan (or health insurance coverage offered in connection with such a plan) to provide for cost-sharing for oral anticancer drugs on terms no less favorable than the cost-sharing provided for anticancer medications administered by a health care provider.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to expand access to telehealth services, and for other purposes.

To establish the Interagency Group on Large-Scale Carbon Management in the National Science and Technology Council and a Federal Carbon Removal Initiative, and for other purposes.

To expand eligibility for certain housing programs for qualified volunteer first responders.

To modify requirements relating to financial aid disclosures.

Designating June 6, 2023, as National Naloxone Awareness Day.

Designating June 2023 as Great Outdoors Month.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to enhance penalties for theft of a firearm from a Federal firearms licensee.

To increase funding for aviation workforce development grant programs, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency from finalizing, implementing, or enforcing a proposed rule with respect to new source performance standards from certain stationary sources, and for other purposes.
