To provide for the effective use of immigration detainers to enhance public safety.

To allow States to authorize State and local law enforcement officers to enforce the provisions of Federal immigration law relating to unlawful entry into the United States and to authorize States along the southern land border to construct barriers on Federal lands to prevent unlawful entry into the United States.

To restore the right to negotiate matters pertaining to the discipline of law enforcement officers of the District of Columbia through collective bargaining, to restore the statute of limitations for bringing disciplinary cases against members or civilian employees of the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia, and for other purposes.

To modernize Federal firearms laws to account for advancements in technology and less-than-lethal weapons, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide an affirmative defense for certain criminal violations, and for other purposes.

To allow Federal law enforcement officers to purchase retired service weapons, and for other purposes.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Treasury, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, Salaries and Expenses for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of State, International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement for fiscal year 2024.

To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for District of Columbia, Federal Payment to the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council for fiscal year 2024.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to require the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives to establish an administrative relief process for individuals whose applications for transfer and registration of a firearm were denied, and for other purposes.
