To require States to report information on Medicaid payments to abortion providers.

To amend the Immigration and Nationality Act to make changes related to family-sponsored immigrants and to reduce the number of such immigrants, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require additional disclosures relating to gifts and contracts from foreign sources.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to seek to enter into an agreement with a federally funded research and development center for an assessment of notice letters that the Secretary sends to claimants for benefits under laws administered by the Secretary, and for other purposes.

To establish the Office of the Special Inspector General for Unlawful Discrimination in Higher Education within the Department of Education.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to provide for certain freedom of association protections, and for other purposes.

To provide technical assistance to improve infrastructure in foreign markets for United States agricultural commodities.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the provision of certain additional burial benefits for individuals for whom an urn or plaque is furnished, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit an institution of higher education that employs unauthorized aliens from receiving funds from Federal student assistance or Federal institutional aid and to require institutions of higher education to participate in the E-Verify Program in order to be eligible to participate in any program authorized under title IV of such Act.
