To make publicly available information on sustainable aviation fuel production and imports, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to conduct a demonstration program to test providing preferential treatment under the Medicare, Medicaid, and CHIP programs for certain drugs and biologicals manufactured in the United States.

To amend part E of title IV of the Social Security Act to increase awareness among eligible children and youths of, and encourage their participation in, the John H. Chafee Foster Care Program for Successful Transition to Adulthood, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide a refundable tax credit for non-directed living kidney donations.

To direct the Attorney General to establish a single grant program to make grants to hire prosecutors, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the seriousness of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and expressing support for the designation of the month of September 2024 as PCOS Awareness Month.

To prohibit the Secretary of the Treasury from implementing or continuing a free, public electronic tax return-filing service option.

Providing the sense of the House of Representatives that the attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump was an abhorrent act of cowardice that must be universally condemned and that the only appropriate place for the Nation to settle political disputes is at the ballot box on election day.
