To amend the Public Health Service Act to ensure area career and technical education schools are eligible for mental health and substance use disorder service grants.

To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to authorize a grant program to support students who have epilepsy or a seizure disorder.

To authorize a grant to encourage recruitment of law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2025 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

To amend the Transportation, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development, the Judiciary, the District of Columbia, and Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 2006 and the United States Housing Act of 1937 to allow for housing assistance to certain individuals enrolled as students at an institution of higher education, and for other purposes.

To make certain individuals ineligible to receive any Federal financial aid under title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to enhance direct certification under the school lunch program.

To amend title 10, United States Code, to reduce the minimum number of participating students required to establish or maintain a unit of the Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps.

To amend the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a program under which the Secretary will award competitive grants to eligible entities for the purpose of establishing and enhancing farming and ranching opportunities for veterans.

To establish a commission to study the potential transfer of the Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History to the Smithsonian Institution, and for other purposes.

To amend the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 to include certain reporting to the uniform crime reporting program.

Supporting the designation of March 2024 as National Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.

To increase the recruitment and retention of school-based mental health services providers by low-income local educational agencies.

To establish the Truth and Healing Commission on Indian Boarding School Policies in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Controlled Substances Act to enhance the penalties applicable with respect to certain violations involving the use of interactive computer service to distribute a controlled substance, and for other purposes.

To establish the Office to Enforce and Protect Against Child Sexual Exploitation.

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to expand to State, local, Tribal, territorial, and educational institution law enforcement the availability of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers’ human trafficking awareness training to equip frontline first responders with the knowledge to recognize and properly respond to potential human trafficking situations, and for other purposes.

To direct the Joint Committee on the Library to procure a statue of Benjamin Franklin for placement in the Capitol.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide an exclusion from gross income for AmeriCorps educational awards.

To authorize the Secretary of Education to make grants to local educational agencies to make physical improvements at the elementary schools and secondary schools served by such agencies, and for other purposes.
