To reauthorize the Bureau of Reclamation to provide cost-shared funding to implement the endangered and threatened fish recovery programs for the Upper Colorado and San Juan River Basins.

To direct the Secretary of the Interior to convey to Mesa County, Colorado, certain Federal land in Colorado, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To freeze certain Iranian funds involved in the 2023 hostage deal between the United States and Iran, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to enhance the privacy of legal gun owners, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal employees and contractors from directing online platforms to censor any speech that is protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend title 35, United States Code, to invest in inventors in the United States, maintain the United States as the leading innovation economy in the world, and protect the property rights of the inventors that grow the economy of the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend the Food Security Act of 1985 to modify the conservation reserve enhancement program.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to facilitate water leasing and water transfers to promote conservation and efficiency.

To amend the Horse Protection Act to designate additional unlawful acts under the Act, strengthen penalties for violations of the Act, improve Department of Agriculture enforcement of the Act, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to launch a nuclear weapon using an autonomous weapons system that is not subject to meaningful human control, and for other purposes.

To provide for the closure and disposal of the Pueblo Chemical Depot, Pueblo County, Colorado.

To prohibit discrimination against individuals with disabilities who need long-term services and supports, and for other purposes.

To establish the Dolores River National Conservation Area and the Dolores River Special Management Area in the State of Colorado, to protect private water rights in the State, and for other purposes.

To combat organized crime involving the illegal acquisition of retail goods for the purpose of selling those illegally obtained goods through physical and online retail marketplaces.

To require the Secretary of the Interior to reissue regulations removing the gray wolf from the list of endangered and threatened wildlife under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.

To improve the collection of intelligence regarding activities by drug trafficking organizations in certain foreign countries.

To amend chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, to provide that major rules of the executive branch shall have no force or effect unless a joint resolution of approval is enacted into law.
