Expressing support for the designation of July 10th as Journeyman Lineworkers Recognition Day.

To require the Secretary of Energy to conduct a study and submit a report on the greenhouse gas emissions intensity of certain products produced in the United States and in certain foreign countries, and for other purposes.

To require each agency to evaluate the permitting system of the agency, to consider whether a permit by rule could replace that system, and for other purposes.
