Keeping Obstetrics Local Act

Recognizing the 250th birthday of the United States Army.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to modify the private business use requirements for bonds issued for lead service line replacement projects.

To require the Secretary of Defense to initiate discussions, through the Quad, with Australia, India, and Japan to identify mutual areas of interest with respect to the formulation of best practices in space, cooperation on space situational awareness, and space industrial policy, and for other purposes.

Condemning the violent antisemitic attack in Boulder, Colorado, and expressing support for the survivors and their families.

To repeal certain executive orders targeting LGBTQI+ individuals.

To amend the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to allow all eligible voters to vote by mail in Federal elections, to amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to streamline the procedures under which individuals may apply to register to vote in such elections through State motor vehicle authorities, to permit automatic voter registration through such authorities for eligible citizens of the United States who do not complete voter registration applications, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act with respect to the regulation of zootechnical animal food substances.

To amend chapter 131 of title 5, United States Code, to require Members of Congress and their spouses and dependent children to place certain assets into blind trusts, and for other purposes.

Honoring the life, achievements, and legacy of former United States Senator Christopher “Kit” Bond of Missouri.

To require the executive branch to develop a whole-of-government strategy to disrupt growing cooperation among the People’s Republic of China, the Russian Federation, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, which are the foremost adversaries of the United States, and mitigate the risks posed to the United States.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to strengthen the drug pricing reforms in the Inflation Reduction Act.

To provide greater controls and restrictions on revolving door lobbying.

To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to require each authorized committee or leadership PAC of a former candidate for election for Federal office to disburse all of the remaining funds of the committee or PAC after the election, and for other purposes.

Congratulating the students, parents, teachers, and leaders of charter schools across the United States for making ongoing contributions to education and supporting the ideals and goals of the 26th Annual National Charter Schools Week, to be held May 11 through May 17, 2025.

STABLE GENIUS Act

To modify the program of grants to support high-quality charter schools.

To establish the Dolores River National Conservation Area and the Dolores River Special Management Area in the State of Colorado, to protect private water rights in the State, and for other purposes.

To designate certain special management areas, wildlife conservation areas, protection areas, recreation areas, wilderness areas, and a scientific research and education area in the State of Colorado, and for other purposes.

To prohibit United States Government recognition of the Russian Federation’s claim of sovereignty over Crimea, and for other purposes.
