To authorize magistrate judges to issue arrest warrants for certain criminal aliens.

To prioritize funding for an expanded and sustained national investment in basic science research.

To include phosphate and potash on the final list of critical minerals of the Department of the Interior.

To provide technical assistance and grants for faith-based organizations, institutions of higher education, and local governments to increase the supply of affordable rental housing, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Commerce to reimpose duties on steel imported into the United States from Mexico, and for other purposes.

To provide downpayment assistance to first-generation homebuyers to address multigenerational inequities in access to homeownership and to narrow and ultimately close the racial homeownership gap in the United States, and for other purposes.
