Designating October 2, 2024, as Energy Efficiency Day in celebration of the economic and environmental benefits that have been driven by private sector innovation and Federal energy efficiency policies.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 23 through September 29, 2024, as Rail Safety Week and supporting the goals and ideals of Rail Safety Week to reduce highway-rail grade crossing and trespasser-related incidents, fatalities, injuries, and derailments, improve the safe transportation of hazardous materials by rail, and prevent rail worker fatalities.

To establish protections for warehouse workers, and for other purposes.

To require the head of each agency to establish a plan relating to the safety of Federal employees and contractors physically present at certain worksites during a nationwide public health emergency declared for an infectious disease, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of October 7 through October 12, 2024, as National 4–H Week.

Designating October 30, 2024, as a national day of remembrance for the workers of the nuclear weapons program of the United States.

Expressing support for the designation of September 2024 as Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month in order to educate communities across the United States about sickle cell disease and the need for research, early detection methods, effective treatments, and preventative care programs with respect to complications from sickle cell disease and conditions related to sickle cell disease.

Designating the week of September 15 through September 21, 2024, as Community School Coordinators Appreciation Week.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to expand eligibility for the refundable credit for coverage under a qualified health plan.

Expressing support for the recognition of September 23, 2024, to September 29, 2024, as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to prohibit the use of foreign feedstocks for purposes of the clean fuel production credit, and for other purposes.

Designating September 2024 as National Voting Rights Month.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 21 through September 28, 2024, as National Estuaries Week.

Designating the week beginning September 8, 2024, as National Direct Support Professionals Recognition Week.

To provide additional benefits to American workers whose employment has been impacted as a result of the transition to a clean energy economy.

To amend the Child Care Access Means Parents In School Program under the Higher Education Act of 1965.

Designating the week beginning on September 9, 2024, as National Hispanic-Serving Institutions Week.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide credits for the production of renewable chemicals and investments in renewable chemical production facilities, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to clarify the tax-exempt controlled entity rules with respect to certain stock of government-sponsored enterprises.

To strengthen the Department of Justice’s enforcement against trade-related crimes.
