Equal Representation Act of 2025

To provide additional assistance to certain agricultural producers, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to establish a tax credit to incentivize the purchase of American agricultural commodities.

To prohibit the Secretary of Defense from entering into information technology contracts with entities that provide certain services to China, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Small Business Administration to provide business loans to finance business software or cloud computing services, and for other purposes.

Honoring the service and sacrifice of America’s veterans on Veterans Day, 2024.

Condemning the Hamas attacks of October 7, 2023, and calling for Hamas and its leaders to immediately and unconditionally surrender and to release the hostages, including Americans.

To amend the Clean Air Act with respect to the ethanol waiver for Reid Vapor Pressure under that Act, and for other purposes.

To require Federal agencies with an SBIR or STTR program to enhance their outreach to rural communities with respect to such programs, and for other purposes.

To amend title 49, United States Code, to exempt ticket agents that are small businesses from the requirement to provide refunds for cancelled or significantly delayed or changed flights, and for other purposes.

To amend the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 to provide for the addition of certain equipment and services produced or provided by DJI Technologies to the list of covered communications equipment or services published under such Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Small Business Act to increase the maximum loan amount for a loan made under section 7(a) of such Act.

Remembering the life of Corey Comperatore who passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024.

To amend chapter 6 of title 5, United States Code (commonly known as the Regulatory Flexibility Act), to ensure complete disclosure of an agency’s annual regulatory agenda.

Finding that Merrick Garland, Attorney General of the United States, is in contempt of the House of Representatives for disobeying a certain subpoena.

To authorize appropriations for fiscal year 2025 for military activities of the Department of Defense, for military construction, and for defense activities of the Department of Energy, to prescribe military personnel strengths for such fiscal year, and for other purposes.

To provide for certain reforms pertaining to Chevron deference.

To require the Administrator of the Small Business Administration to issue rules for cancelled covered solicitations, to amend the Small Business Act to provide assistance to small business concerns relating to certain cancelled solicitations, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to take certain actions to prevent or resolve a default of a housing loan guaranteed by the Secretary, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Reserve Act to prohibit the Federal reserve banks from offering certain products or services directly to an individual, to prohibit the use of central bank digital currency for monetary policy, and for other purposes.
