To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit chemical abortions, and for other purposes.

To provide for a period of continuing appropriations in the event of a lapse in appropriations under the normal appropriations process, and establish procedures and consequences in the event of a failure to enact appropriations.

To prohibit the President and the Secretary of Health and Human Services from declaring certain emergencies or disasters for the purpose of imposing gun control.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to replace the windfall elimination provision with a formula equalizing benefits for certain individuals with noncovered employment, and for other purposes.

To amend section 199A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow the deduction under that section to apply to qualified BDC interest dividends in the same manner as qualified REIT dividends.

To amend the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 to improve interagency coordination in the pesticide registration process, and for other purposes.

To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 1106 Main Street in Bastrop, Texas, as the Sergeant Major Billy D. Waugh Post Office.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 to provide for oversight of pharmacy benefit manager services.

To require that a State be ineligible to receive funds under certain Federal programs unless the State has in effect a State law restricting the purchase of agricultural land by certain foreign persons, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.

To codify the Rural Hospital Technical Assistance Program of the Department of Agriculture.

To amend title 40, United States Code, to prohibit the Administrator of General Services from constructing or acquiring public buildings or entering into leases based on the legality or availability of abortion, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to codify the Trump administration rule on reporting requirements of exempt organizations, and for other purposes.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide for site neutral payment for cancer care services under part B of the Medicare program.

To protect the dignity of fetal remains, and for other purposes.

To clarify the inability of the President to declare national emergencies under the National Emergencies Act, major disasters or emergencies under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, and public health emergencies under the Public Health Service Act on the premise of climate change, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require additional disclosures relating to gifts and contracts from foreign sources.

To authorize funding for a bilateral cooperative program with Israel for the development of health technologies.

To approve and implement the Agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States regarding Trade between the United States of America and Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to impose a tax on the acquisition of United States agricultural interests by disqualified persons.
