To amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require proof of United States citizenship to register an individual to vote in elections for Federal office, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to reduce the rate of tax on estates, gifts, and generation-skipping transfers.

To counter the malign influence and theft perpetuated by the People’s Republic of China and the Chinese Communist Party.

To ensure that United States diplomats and officials of the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission are able to advance efforts seeking compliance by the United Mexican States with the 1944 Treaty on Utilization of Waters of the Colorado and Tijuana Rivers and of the Rio Grande.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to repeal the estate and generation-skipping transfer taxes.

To impose additional sanctions with respect to Iran and modify other existing sanctions with respect to Iran, and for other purposes.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to replace the windfall elimination provision with a formula equalizing benefits for certain individuals with noncovered employment, and for other purposes.

To require that a State be ineligible to receive funds under certain Federal programs unless the State has in effect a State law restricting the purchase of agricultural land by certain foreign persons, and for other purposes.

To approve and implement the Agreement between the American Institute in Taiwan and the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in the United States regarding Trade between the United States of America and Taiwan, and for other purposes.

To amend the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991 to designate the Texas and New Mexico portions of the future Interstate-designated segments of the Port-to-Plains Corridor as Interstate Route 27, and for other purposes.

To provide for a responsible increase to the debt ceiling, and for other purposes.

To provide incentives for States to recover fraudulently paid Federal and State unemployment compensation, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent certain provisions of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act affecting individuals, families, and small businesses, and for other purposes.

To prohibit certain persons from purchasing agricultural real estate in the United States, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit taking minors across State lines in circumvention of laws requiring the involvement of parents in abortion decisions.

To reimburse the States for border security expenses, and for other purposes.

To provide for the mandatory detention of aliens who are security risks or present insufficient or false credentials, and for other purposes.

To prohibit chemical abortions performed without the presence of a healthcare provider, and for other purposes.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to provide a means by which nonresidents of a State whose residents may carry concealed firearms may also do so in the State.
