Section 1
1. Short title This Act may be cited as the Tribal Warrant Fairness Act.
Section 2
2. Amendments Section 566(e)(1) of title 28, United States Code, is amended— in subparagraph (B), by inserting including Tribal fugitive matters (on the request of an Indian Tribe, as applicable), after matters,; and in subparagraph (D), by inserting Tribal, after local,. Section 6 of the Presidential Threat Protection Act of 2000 (34 U.S.C. 41503) is amended— in subsection (a)— by inserting and Indian Tribes after components; and by striking and local and inserting local, and Tribal; and in subsection (c), by striking Federal or State law and inserting Federal, State, or Tribal law.
