To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to conduct a study relating to 1–800–MEDICARE.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the third Friday of September shall be recognized as National POW/MIA Recognition Day.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to prohibit recognized accrediting agencies and associations from requiring, encouraging, or coercing institutions of higher education to meet any political litmus test or violate any right protected by the Constitution as a condition of accreditation.

To prohibit the enforcement of certain regulations relating to sale, donation, and transfer of Federal Government property, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to enhance and reauthorize activities and programs relating to autism spectrum disorder, and for other purposes.

To address the public safety issues and environmental destruction currently impacting Federal lands along the southern border, enhance border security through the construction of navigable roads on Federal lands along the southern border, provide U.S. Customs and Border Protection access to Federal lands to improve the safety and effectiveness of enforcement activities, allow States to place temporary barriers on Federal land to secure the southern border, reduce the massive trash accumulations and environmental degradation along the southern border, reduce the cultivation of illegal cannabis on Federal lands, mitigate wildland fires caused by illegal immigration, and prohibit migrant housing on Federal lands.

To provide for the reallocation of certain grant funds from jurisdictions that do not allow for consideration the danger, risk, or threat an individual poses to the community when determining bail or pretrial release or that have in effect a policy providing for the sealing of certain criminal records.

To provide guidance for and investment in the research and development activities of artificial intelligence at the Department of Energy, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of September 22 through September 28, 2024, as Gold Star Families Remembrance Week.

To establish the Fort Ontario National Monument in the State of New York as a unit of the National Park System, and for other purposes.

Making appropriations for the salaries and expenses of certain U.S. Customs and Border Protection employees working during a Government shutdown in fiscal year 2025, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency to reimburse public employee retirement systems for accidental disability retirements and accidental deaths resulting from the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center.

Recognizing suicide as a serious public health problem and expressing support for the designation of September as National Suicide Prevention Month as well as September 10, 2024, as World Suicide Prevention Day.

To amend the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 to provide for the addition of certain equipment and services produced or provided by DJI Technologies to the list of covered communications equipment or services published under such Act, and for other purposes.
