To amend title 5 of the United States Code to require certain financial disclosures regarding all children of the President and the Vice President, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to modify certain allotments under that Act, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to carry out a grant program to increase cooperation on post-traumatic stress disorder research between the United States and Israel.

To amend the Tariff Act of 1930 to protect personally identifiable information, and for other purposes.

To establish a moratorium on energy development in certain areas of the Gulf of Mexico, and for other purposes.

To amend titles 10 and 38, United States Code, to expand certain benefits for surviving spouses of members of the Armed Forces who die in line of duty, and for other purposes.

To amend the Gulf of Mexico Energy Security Act of 2006 to extend the moratorium on drilling off the coasts of the States of Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina, and for other purposes.
