Condemning the Government of Mexico for failing to fulfill its water deliveries on an annual basis to the United States under the treaty between the United States and Mexico regarding the utilization of the Colorado and Tijuana Rivers and of the Rio Grande.

To require a study on Holocaust education efforts of States, local educational agencies, and public elementary and secondary schools, and for other purposes.

Life at Conception Act

To amend title XI of the Social Security Act to limit demonstration projects related to abortion under Medicaid and CHIP.

To amend title IV of the Public Health Service Act to prohibit sale or transactions relating to human fetal tissue.

To require the Congressional Budget Office to make publicly available the fiscal and mathematical models, data, and other details of computations used in cost analysis and scoring.

To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the unlawful disposal of fetal remains.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow intangible drilling and development costs to be taken into account when computing adjusted financial statement income.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make permanent the deduction for qualified business income.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to allow schools that participate in the school lunch program under such Act to serve whole milk.

Expressing support for the designation of the week of January 26 through February 1, 2025, as National School Choice Week.

National Constitutional Carry Act

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to prohibit the approval of new abortion drugs, to prohibit investigational use exemptions for abortion drugs, and to impose additional regulatory requirements with respect to previously approved abortion drugs, and for other purposes.

To nullify the modifications made by the Food and Drug Administration in January 2023 to the risk evaluation and mitigation strategy for the abortion pill mifepristone, and for other purposes.
