To amend title XXVII of the Public Health Service Act, titles XVIII, XIX, and XXI of the Social Security Act, and title 5, United States Code, to require no-cost coverage of certain HIV prevention services.

To repeal section 504 of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959 in order to permit certain persons to hold offices in labor organizations.

To decriminalize and deschedule cannabis, to provide for reinvestment in certain persons adversely impacted by the War on Drugs, to provide for expungement of certain cannabis offenses, and for other purposes.

To provide for a comfortable and safe temperature level in dwelling units receiving certain Federal housing assistance, and for other purposes.

To reform the requirements regarding the safety and security of families living in public and federally assisted housing in high-crime areas.

To prohibit deceptive practices in Federal elections.

Reproductive Freedom for Veterans Act

To amend Public Law 119–21 to repeal the prohibition on making payments under the Medicaid program to certain entities.

To safeguard the humane treatment of pregnant and postpartum women by ensuring the presumption of release and prohibiting shackling, restraining, and other inhumane treatment, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Rules of Evidence to limit the admissibility of evidence of a defendant’s creative or artistic expression against such defendant, and for other purposes.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.

To designate the area between the intersections of 16th Street Northwest and Fuller Street Northwest and 16th Street Northwest and Euclid Street Northwest in Washington, District of Columbia, as Oswaldo Payá Way.

To prohibit the operation and funding of an immigration detention facility in the Everglades, and for other purposes.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to require coverage for certain individual with breast or cervical cancer under the Medicaid program.
