To address the needs of individuals with disabilities within the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.

To amend title 28, United States Code, to prohibit the exclusion of individuals from service on a Federal jury on account of disability.

Expressing the sense of the Senate that the United States should negotiate strong, inclusive, and forward-looking rules on digital trade and the digital economy with like-minded countries as part of its broader trade and economic strategy in order to ensure that the United States values of democracy, rule of law, freedom of speech, human and worker rights, privacy, and a free and open internet are at the very core of digital governance.

Designating April 2023 as Preserving and Protecting Local News Month and recognizing the importance and significance of local news.

To amend the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974 to clarify whistleblower rights and protections, and for other purposes.

To authorize the appropriation of funds to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for conducting or supporting research on firearms safety or gun violence prevention.

To ensure affordable abortion coverage and care for every person, and for other purposes.

To ensure that older adults and individuals with disabilities are prepared for disasters, and for other purposes.

Supporting the goals and ideals of the Rise Up for LGBTQI+ Youth in Schools Initiative, a call to action to communities across the country to demand equal educational opportunity, basic civil rights protections, and freedom from erasure for all students, particularly LGBTQI+ young people, in K–12 schools.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to prohibit smoking on the premises of any facility of the Veterans Health Administration, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 to establish a minimum salary threshold for bona fide executive, administrative, and professional employees exempt from Federal overtime compensation requirements, and automatically update such threshold each year, and for other purposes.

Designating March 2023 as National Women’s History Month.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to define the term natural cheese.

Recognizing the 202nd anniversary of the independence of Greece and celebrating democracy in Greece and the United States.

To provide enhanced student loan relief to educators.

To improve the visibility, accountability, and oversight of agency software asset management practices, and for other purposes.

To amend titles XVIII and XIX of the Social Security Act to reform and improve mental health and substance use care under the Medicare and Medicaid programs, and for other purposes.

To establish a trust fund to provide for adequate funding for water and sewer infrastructure, and for other purposes.

To amend the Grand Ronde Reservation Act, and for other purposes.

To amend the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 to authorize the use of Federal foreign assistance funds for comprehensive reproductive health care services, and for other purposes.
