To amend title 9 of the United States Code with respect to arbitration.

To amend section 455(m) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 in order to allow adjunct faculty members to qualify for public service loan forgiveness.

To increase the quality and supply of child care and lower child care costs for families.

To require the Federal Trade Commission to issue regulations requiring certain products to have Do Not Flush labeling, and for other purposes.

To ensure the right to provide reproductive health care services, and for other purposes.

To create protections for financial institutions that provide financial services to State-sanctioned marijuana businesses and service providers for such businesses, and for other purposes.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for public health research and investment into understanding and eliminating structural racism and police violence.

To award grants for the creation, recruitment, training and education, retention, and advancement of the direct care workforce and to award grants to support family caregivers.

To designate as wilderness certain Federal portions of the red rock canyons of the Colorado Plateau and the Great Basin Deserts in the State of Utah for the benefit of present and future generations of people in the United States.

To address the importation and proliferation of machinegun conversion devices.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to provide for examination and disclosure with respect to Presidential income tax returns, to amend the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 to require the disclosure of certain tax returns by Presidents and certain candidates for the office of the President, and for other purposes.

To amend the Grand Ronde Reservation Act to address the hunting, fishing, trapping, and animal gathering activities of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community, and for other purposes.

To amend the Fair Housing Act to prohibit discrimination based on source of income, veteran status, or military status.

To impose sanctions with respect to trafficking of illicit fentanyl and its precursors by transnational criminal organizations, including cartels, and for other purposes.

To amend the Siletz Reservation Act to address the hunting, fishing, trapping, and animal gathering activities of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians, and for other purposes.

Recognizing the duty of the Federal Government to create a Green New Deal.

To prohibit disinformation in the advertising of abortion services, and for other purposes.

To amend Public Law 91–378 to authorize activities relating to Civilian Conservation Centers, and for other purposes.

To allow veterans to use, possess, or transport medical marijuana and to discuss the use of medical marijuana with a physician of the Department of Veterans Affairs as authorized by a State or Indian Tribe, and for other purposes.
