To amend title 49, United States Code, to allow the owner or operator of a small hub airport that is reclassified as a medium hub airport to elect to be treated as a small hub airport, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to develop a comprehensive unmanned aircraft system integration strategy, and for other purposes.

To amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to establish a time-limited provisional approval pathway, subject to specific obligations, for certain drugs and biological products, and for other purposes.

Commending the Tennessee Valley Authority on the 90th anniversary of the signing of the Tennessee Valley Authority Act of 1933.

To direct the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to establish a grant program to fund youth fishing projects.
