Reaffirming the United States-Philippines alliance and condemning the gray zone campaign of the People’s Republic of China in the South China Sea against the Philippines, and for other purposes.

To enhance our Nation’s nurse and physician workforce by recapturing unused immigrant visas.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to require certain institutions of higher education to provide notice of tuition levels for students.

Supporting the goals and ideals of October as National Domestic Violence Awareness Month.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to improve the benefits furnished by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to certain individuals who served in the forces of the Philippines and the Philippine Scouts.

Supporting the goals and ideals of National Veterans Small Business Week.

To amend the short title of the Lake Tahoe Restoration Act to be the Dianne Feinstein Lake Tahoe Restoration Act.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to reinstate the authority of the Secretary of Education to make Federal Direct Stafford Loans to graduate and professional students.
