To amend title 18, United States Code, to establish an Office of Prison Education, and for other purposes.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to direct the Secretary of Education to issue guidance and recommendations for institutions of higher education on removing criminal and juvenile justice questions from their application for admissions process.

To improve the full-service community school program, and for other purposes.

To promote equity in advanced coursework and programs at elementary and secondary schools.

To enable the people of Puerto Rico to choose a permanent, nonterritorial, fully self-governing political status for Puerto Rico and to provide for a transition to and the implementation of that permanent, nonterritorial, fully self-governing political status, and for other purposes.

To require the Secretary of Labor to establish an offshore wind career training grant program, and for other purposes.

To divert Federal funding away from supporting the presence of police in schools and toward evidence-based and trauma informed services that address the needs of marginalized students and improve academic outcomes, and for other purposes.

To amend title II of the Social Security Act to extend eligibility for child's benefits until age 26 for certain individuals who are at least half-time students at a post-secondary school, and for other purposes.

To establish a comprehensive United States Government initiative to build the capacity of young leaders and entrepreneurs in Africa, and for other purposes.

To amend the Solid Waste Disposal Act to reduce the production and use of certain single-use plastic products and packaging, to improve the responsibility of producers in the design, collection, reuse, recycling, and disposal of consumer products and packaging, to prevent pollution from consumer products and packaging from entering into animal and human food chains and waterways, and for other purposes.

To address and take action to prevent bullying and harassment of students.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to establish grants for tuition-free community colleges, student success grants, and grants for Historically Black Colleges and Universities, Tribal Colleges and Universities, and Minority-Serving Institutions, and for other purposes.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to increase reimbursement rates of school meals, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the recognition of the week of September 25 through October 1, 2023, as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week.

Designating the week of September 17 through September 23, 2023, as Community School Coordinators Appreciation Week.

To amend the Higher Education Act of 1965 to include child development and early learning as community services under the Federal work-study program, and for other purposes.

To protect and provide humanitarian assistance to Armenians in Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh impacted by actions taken by the Government of Azerbaijan, and for other purposes.

To prevent harassment at institutions of higher education, and for other purposes.

To permit employees to request changes to their work schedules without fear of retaliation and to ensure that employers consider these requests, and to require employers to provide more predictable and stable schedules for employees in certain occupations with evidence of unpredictable and unstable scheduling practices that negatively affect employees, and for other purposes.

To improve Federal efforts with respect to the prevention of maternal mortality, and for other purposes.
