Recognizing July 2024 as the 30th anniversary of the reproductive justice movement to raise awareness around the history of reproductive justice and honor the foremothers of the reproductive justice movement, build a world in which Black girls and gender expansive people, as well as all Americans marginalized by their race, class, or gender, are free from systems of reproductive oppression of their bodies, sexuality, labor, and reproduction.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish coverage for certain residential substance use disorder services under the Medicare program.

To amend chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, to direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to allow a veteran to receive a full year supply of contraceptive pills, transdermal patches, vaginal rings, and other hormonal contraceptive products, and for other purposes.

To prioritize healthcare facilities and mental or behavioral health facilities in the Community Facilities program for fiscal years 2025 through 2031, and allow loans and grants under the program to be used for medical supplies, increasing telehealth capabilities, supporting staffing needs, or renovating and remodeling closed facilities.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide States with the option to provide coordinated care through a pregnancy medical home for high-risk pregnant women, and for other purposes.

To require Amtrak to install baby changing tables in all ADA-accessible bathrooms on passenger rail cars.

Remembering the lives lost and honoring the survivors two years after the Independence Day Parade shooting that occurred on July 4, 2022, in Highland Park, Illinois.

To hold law enforcement accountable for misconduct in court, improve transparency through data collection, and reform police training and policies.

To advance research, promote awareness, and provide patient support with respect to endometriosis, and for other purposes.

To effectively staff the high-need public elementary schools and secondary schools of the United States with school-based mental health services providers.

To amend the Public Health Service Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, to implement the Climate Ready Tribes Initiative.

To require sellers of event tickets to disclose comprehensive information to consumers about ticket prices and related fees, and for other purposes.

To direct the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to update the Lethal Means Safety and Suicide Prevention training course of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To enhance the security operations of the Transportation Security Administration and stability of the transportation security workforce by applying the personnel system under title 5, United States Code, to employees of the Transportation Security Administration, and for other purposes.

To provide emergency assistance to States, territories, Tribal nations, and local areas affected by substance use disorder, including the use of opioids and stimulants, and to make financial assistance available to States, territories, Tribal nations, local areas, public or private nonprofit entities, and certain health providers, to provide for the development, organization, coordination, and operation of more effective and cost efficient systems for the delivery of essential services to individuals with substance use disorder and their families.

To amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide coverage under the Medicaid program for services provided by doulas and midwives, and for other purposes.
