To bolster Department of Homeland Security efforts to combat cross-border threats posed by transnational criminal organizations, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow workers an above-the-line deduction for union dues and expenses and to allow a miscellaneous itemized deduction for workers for all unreimbursed expenses incurred in the trade or business of being an employee.

Expressing the approval of Congress for the 70th anniversary celebration of the Small Business Administration and in recognition of America’s entrepreneurs and job creators for their important contributions to the United States economy.

To provide for the protection of agricultural workers, and for other purposes.

To regulate market concentration and competition in the food and agriculture industry, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Secretary of Health and Human Services to build safer, thriving communities, and save lives, by investing in effective community-based violence reduction initiatives, and for other purposes.
