To award a Congressional Gold Medal to the military intelligence professionals at Camp Ritchie, commonly known as the Ritchie Boys, in recognition of their groundbreaking contributions to the field of human intelligence and their outstanding service during World War II.

To authorize the Secretary of Education to establish an Advisory Commission on Serving and Supporting Students with Mental Health Disabilities in Institutions of Higher Education, and for other purposes.

Supporting the mission and goals of National Fentanyl Awareness Day in 2023, including increasing individual and public awareness of the impact of fake or counterfeit fentanyl pills on families and young people.
