To amend title 35, United States Code, to invest in inventors in the United States, maintain the United States as the leading innovation economy in the world, and protect the property rights of the inventors that grow the economy of the United States, and for other purposes.

To provide for congressional review of actions to terminate or waive sanctions imposed with respect to Iran.

To direct the Secretary of Defense to establish an outreach program to inform members of the Armed Forces assigned to work near burn pits of the risks of toxic exposure, and for other purposes.

To direct the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment to submit to Congress a report on incinerators and waste-to-energy waste disposal alternatives to burn pits.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to carry out a program under which the Secretary provides certain individuals with the opportunity to enroll in high technology programs of education that the Secretary determines provide training or skills sought by employers in a relevant field or industry, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to the Taliban, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to expand access to the Veterans Community Care Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs to include certain veterans seeking mental health or substance-use services, and for other purposes.

To impose sanctions with respect to foreign support for terrorist organizations in Gaza and the West Bank, and for other purposes.

To protect law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To increase the pay and enhance the training of United States Border Patrol agents, and for other purposes.

To terminate the Department of Defense memorandum relating to access to abortions, to prohibit the use of travel and transportation allowances, medical convalescent leave, and administrative absences to travel to obtain abortions, and for other purposes.
