To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to establish certain requirements with respect to the average monthly cost to provide coverage to an enrollee under Medicare Advantage plans.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require Medicare Advantage plans to automatically reconsider determinations denying coverage.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to impose limitations on contracts with Medicare Advantage organizations offering multiple Medicare Advantage plans under the Medicare program.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require any advertisement of a Medicare Advantage plan to include information related to the rates of prior authorization denials under such plan.

To amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to maintain a website for Medicare beneficiaries to search for providers participating in MA plans and traditional Medicare.

To affirm an agreement, and to nullify certain Executive orders that relate to collective bargaining by employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to provide covered employees of the Department of Veterans Affairs the right to be represented during examinations that may result in disciplinary actions against the covered employee.

Expressing support for the recognition of October 26, 2025, as Intersex Awareness Day, and supporting the goals and ideals of Intersex Awareness Day.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds for construction or renovation on the White House grounds during a lapse in appropriations, and for other purposes.

To prohibit the display of names at the White House without approval, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the Secretary of Veterans Affairs to identify and report instances of fraud with respect to disability benefit questionnaire forms of the Department of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to require mandatory certification for certain students and reduce stigma associated with unpaid school meal fees, and for other purposes.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to prohibit discrimination on the basis of gender identity in connection with the furnishing of health care under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the recognition of the month of October 2025 as Filipino American History Month and celebrating the history and culture of Filipino Americans and their immense contributions to the United States.

Expressing support for the designation of September 22, 2025, as National Hispanic Nurses Day and recognizing the National Association of Hispanic Nurses as the leading organization representing and advocating for Hispanic nurses.

Condemning attempts to use Federal regulatory power or litigation to suppress lawful speech, particularly speech critical of a political party or the President of the United States, and warning against the rise of authoritarianism.

To provide benefits for noncitizen members of the Armed Forces, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the recognition of September 22, 2025, to September 28, 2025, as Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions Week.
