To amend title II of the Social Security Act and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make improvements in the old-age, survivors, and disability insurance program.

Expressing support for the recognition of August 17 through August 23, 2025, as Warehouse Worker Recognition Week, the national event celebrating the workers in the logistics industry.

To amend title 39, United States Code, and the Help America Vote Act of 2002 to improve procedures and requirements related to election mail.
