To direct the Joint Committee on the Library to procure a statue of Benjamin Franklin for placement in the Capitol.

To prohibit the use of Federal funds to finalize, implement, or enforce proposed ATF Rule 2022R–17, entitled Definition of Engaged in the Business as a Dealer in Firearms.

To establish a uniform and more efficient Federal process for protecting property owners’ rights guaranteed by the fifth amendment.
