To improve agency rulemaking, and for other purposes.

To provide incentives for States to recover fraudulently paid Federal and State unemployment compensation, and for other purposes.

Expressing support for the designation of November 12, 2023, as National Warrior Call Day and recognizing the importance of connecting warriors in the United States to support structures necessary to transition from the battlefield, especially peer-to-peer connection.

To grant a Federal charter to the National American Indian Veterans, Incorporated.

To protect law enforcement officers, and for other purposes.

To require the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to issue regulations concerning accommodations for powered wheelchairs, and for other purposes.

To protect the safety of children on the internet.

To clarify the rights of Indians and Indian Tribes on Indian lands under the National Labor Relations Act.

To impose sanctions with respect to trafficking of illicit fentanyl and its precursors by transnational criminal organizations, including cartels, and for other purposes.
