To direct the Federal Communications Commission to issue reports after activation of the Disaster Information Reporting System and to make improvements to network outage reporting, to categorize public safety telecommunicators as a protective service occupation under the Standard Occupational Classification system, and for other purposes.

Relating to the death of the Honorable Fred R. Harris, former Senator for the State of Oklahoma.

Designating November 21, 2024, as National Rural Health Day.

To amend the United Nations Participation Act of 1945 to provide for a prohibition on contributions to the United Nations related to discrimination against Israel.

Condemning the brutal Hamas-led terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, and supporting an outcome that ensures the forever survival of Israel, the complete denial of the ability of Hamas to reconstitute in the region, and the safe release of United States hostages from the Gaza Strip.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Robert M. Gates, in recognition of his service to the United States as an intelligence professional, Secretary of Defense, and educator and leader for young people of the United States.

Honoring the life of James Ralph Sasser, former Senator for the State of Tennessee.

Designating November 2, 2024, as National Bison Day.

Expressing support for the designation of November 17, 2024, as National Warrior Call Day and recognizing the importance of connecting warriors in the United States to support structures necessary to transition from the battlefield, especially peer-to-peer connection.

Supporting the designation of the week of September 15 through September 21, 2024, as Telehealth Awareness Week.

Condemning the attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump during a political rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, honoring the victims who were killed and injured at the rally, and calling for unity and civility in the United States.

To amend title 38, United States Code, to require the consideration of continuity of health care in determining best medical interest under the Veterans Community Care Program, and for other purposes.

To prohibit Federal agencies from contracting with companies engaged in a boycott of Israel, and for other purposes.

To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to make the exclusion for certain employer payments of student loans under educational assistance programs permanent.

Relating to the death of the Honorable James Mountain Inhofe, former Senator for the State of Oklahoma.

To amend title 5, United States Code, to clarify the nature of judicial review of agency interpretations of statutory and regulatory provisions.

To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Jens Stoltenberg, in recognition of his contributions to the security, unity, and defense of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

Designating July 27, 2024, as National Day of the American Cowboy.

To amend chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, to update certain procedures applicable to commerce in firearms and remove certain Federal restrictions on interstate firearms transactions.
